Doug Ridley, President & CEO
Doug has been in the networking industry for over 25 years since graduating from University of Windsor Law School in 1980. He is highly respected and admired in the industry for his ability to develop relationships and brings a seasoned group of networking professionals to Avidus in management, field leadership and strategic partnerships. As President of another startup company, Doug began with a capital infusion of $1.5M and grew to second year sales of $125M, pre-tax profit of $20M and a staff numbering more than 325 during his tenure. Most recently, he has been instrumental in the turnaround of two smaller networking companies. Doug’s depth of experience in the field and in corporate roles, uniquely equip him to understand the dynamics associated with network marketing companies that will be managed by Avidus.  Doug also serves as a Director for Avidus.
Dan Lundell, COO
Dan was an original founder of Asantae before becoming a public company. Dan was instrumental in Asantae’s 2011 restructure and has provided valuable leadership to its distributor field during the critical rebuild since.  Dan's vision of excellence in network marketing, brand management, and operations coupled with a record of determination and passion for team building at Asantae and Avidus provide just the right kind of leadership for the company.  Dan also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Avidus.


Honorable John Reynolds, Advisor
Mr. Reynolds served as both a Member of the Legislative Assembly in British Columba (from 1983 to 1991) and as a Member of Parliament in Ottawa (from 1972 to 1977 and again from 1997 to 2006).  Prior to his recent retirement from Federal politics, he was the Official Opposition House Leader for the Conservative Caucus.  Previously, he had been Leader of the Opposition in the House of Commons for the Canadian Alliance Caucus.  Mr. Reynolds is currently a Member of the Queens Privy Council for Canada and a Senior Strategic Advisor for the law firm McMillan, LLP.  He currently sits on boards of several publicly listed mineral exploration companies, and has been President of Gainey Consultants, Inc. since January 2006.
Erik Cloud, Professional Network Marketer
Erik Cloud has been a career network marketer for over 15 years and has built sales organizations numbering in the tens of thousand. During that time he’s studied with and has been mentored by some of the very top income earners in the history of the network marketing industry. Prior to his involvement in network marketing, he was a medical equipment sales rep in both Seattle, WA and San Diego, CA. Erik chose to walk away from his lucrative medical sales career and transition full time into network marketing. Erik is a gifted speaker, teacher and trainer. His passion has always been to help those who want to build a lucrative business succeed by following correct business building principles. Erik is the author of the FAST Track Business Building System for success in network marketing which is designed to be utilized across multiple network marketing company’s under the Avidus business model. Currently Erik resides in Boise, ID with his wife Michelle who also works with him full time in their business.

David Marquez, Director
Mr. David Marquez serves as senior executive of Medtronic, Inc., a medical device company in the United States. Prior to Medtronic, Mr. Marquez was the President of QMAC Ventures Inc. ("QMAC"), a Saskatchewan based oil and gas company. Mr. Marquez is an international business executive experienced in diverse industries and verticals. Prior to QMAC, he held senior management positions with Johnson & Johnson Inc. and Cisco Systems, Inc. Mr. Marquez has been a Director of Avidus Management Group Inc. since November 2013. He has a Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University.
Terrel Transtrum, Director
Terrel is a 25-year veteran of network marketing. After graduating from J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, Terrel's first experience in network marketing was with Melaleuca; where he saw the company grow from its early stages to $250M. He has been an executive, advisor, and consultant to the networking industry and has developed a reputation for excellence in customer service and distributor retention. His current company, Service Quest, received the Direct Selling Association's Customer Service Award in 2009. This experience and perspective will provide extremely valuable to Avidus as it grows. Terrel will also be a source of potential target companies for Avidus and will provide hand-on training and support services to the companies post consolidation.
